As a real estate
agent, one of the nice things about working with first time home
buyers is their enthusiasm. That’s why I always focused on buyer
leads as one of my target markets. They are excited about owning
real estate and share that excitement with many of the people around
them.
That is what makes them one of the best sources for referrals in the
real estate industry. And getting leads through referrals is the
golden road to real estate success.

the people you come into contact with, whether they call on your

Referrals should be a major focus of any marketing plan. They are
